In case the attendee wants to use his right to take the training again according to the Adistec Education cancellation policies and the training which the attendee has originally registered for is no longer available in our public calendar (either by a version change, because it has been discontinued or for any other reason). Attendee is entitled to take any other training offered by Adistec Education under its public calendar, which may be subject to payment of a premium price and spots available.
Adistec Education does not guarantee the trainings will be available on the open calendar.
In case you want to switch the attendee, the new attendee must be from the same organization as the original.
The attendee who does not show up at a training and wishes to obtain the study materials, has to present the correct invoice and payment receipt.
One set of manuals will be given to each
attendee.
The attendee is responsible to participate in the training which he registered for, if the
attendee does not complete the minimum time requirement, the training will be considered incomplete. In case
an attendee to a confirmed course cancels their participation and has the right to our cancellation
policies, it’s the attendee responsibility to obtain a new date for the training based on Adistec
Education’s open calendar.
Adistec Education is not responsible for travel, hotel or expenses that may present to an attendee who participates of a training outside their place of residency.
Adistec Education has the right to accept or deny an application accordingly.

a. If a student who confirmed participation cancels and informs us 48 hours in advance from the
date of the training. Adistec Education will recognize 100% of the credits obtained and the student may use them
for the new training
date they wish to participate in. As long as its done within 6 months.
b. After 6 months,
Adistec Education will only recognize 50% of the credits obtained.
c. In case the training
the student originally
registered for is no longer available, the student has the right to participate in any other training offerd by
Adistec Education’s open calendar which may be subject to payment of a premium price and spots available.

a. In case the student cancels their participation without previous notice, Adistec Education will not recognize the credits obtained , they wont be able to participate in another training, and they will not be given the course materials.
